Seymour Duncan Jazz Model Humbucker Neck Pickup-Black

The black SH-2N Jazz Model from Seymour Duncan is a humbucking pickup designed for use in a guitar's neck position, and provides a bright vintage output, offering a clear, articulate neck tone. The pickup utilizes an alnico 5 bar magnet and a special coil wind for an articulate, glassy treble response that balances with its full, but tight low end. Additionally, the Jazz Model features a nickel-silver bottom plate, 4-conductor lead wire for multiple wiring options, and is vacuum wax potted for squeal-free performance. Originally designed to pair with the JB Model bridge pickup, the Jazz Model offers a versatile sound that works with almost any style of music, and has been used by many great players over the decades including Randy Rhoads, Jeff Beck, and even Seymour Duncan himself. Like all Duncan pickups, the Jazz Model is carefully hand-built in Santa Barbara.
